That is really what this game is going for and in that regard it does work. However, on the flip side of this, the whole lore of the Slenderman is kind of at its very best when you know as little about it as possible.
On one hand, you could look at this and say that it is very barebones and it would be hard to argue against that. The story of Slender the Eight Pages is rather interesting. If you are a fan of Slenderman, you have to give this game a closer look.
Prepare to get scared in the woods thanks to Slender the Eight Pages! There is certainly no shortage of Slenderman around the world these days and Slender the Eight Pages is one of the more interesting and unknown games to feature the creepy internet legend.
